For over 15 years, Don Gonzalez PA has been serving the legal, business, family, tax, real property and immigration needs of Floridians and would be Floridians (foreign nationals). We have serviced every type of immigration visa petition, business purchase, commercial investment and home sales transaction along with our court experiences. Our continuing experience with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly known as the Immigration and Naturalization Service) has given us a knowledge and experience  that has uniquely influenced this firms' philosophy and behavior as licensed professionals of law, finance and real estate.

We provide comprehensive professional services in all areas of immigration and nationality law to individuals, employers, commercial entities, real estate, investment and tax strategy. For individuals, we provide guidance and advocacy in obtaining real estate, business or fanchise opportunites (A&I Realty) temporary work visas, visa extensions, and permanent resident ("green card") status for foreign nationals; and we assist clients in becoming naturalized United States citizens, and solving problems with the USCIS and the Department of State, including consulate petitions.

Firm Philosophy

American and International Realty was formed in 2005 for two reasons. First it was a natural extension of Don Gonzalez PA's Immigration business. Second, a Study conducted by the National Associations of Realtors in conjunction with the Florida Association of Realtors confirmed the unique nature of Florida's housing market. That uniqueness lie in the interest of the foreign investor in Florida Real Estate and Real Property. Discussions with both immigration clients and with foreign nationals who had become Florida Realtors combined with Mr. Gonzalez legal knowledge of tax and immigration law gave rise to American and International Realty as a new and distinct kind of Real Estate Brokerage.

A & I Realty was created as a multinational brokerage targeting a world wide market of investors and immigrants. A & I targets those buyers who are local and those traders and investors who are taking advantage of the tax, financial and safe haven benefit of the Florida market. American and International Realty is truly American And International.  The uniqueness of our approach has even been turned into a continuing educational experience offered to Realtors.
